Responsibilities

• Perform clinical/library research and participate in case reviews with physicians and lab staff.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to ensure customer success with products.
• Travel to meet physicians and hospital staff to discuss clinical needs and demonstrate products.
• Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints with feasible, collaborative solutions.
