Job summary

Hayes Company, in Mesquite, TX, seeks a Learning and Talent Management Systems Administrator with Cornerstone expertise to own end-to-end configuration, security, and reporting across modules. You will partner with HR and IT to maintain data integrity and drive talent decisions.

You will lead implementation work, develop standardized reports, and manage annual talent cycles within the system, enabling scalable, auditable talent programs across sites and roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise learning or talent management system administration (Cornerstone preferred).
• Experience configuring security, hierarchies, workflows, and automated assignment logic.
• Strong reporting, data validation, and leadership-ready insights; advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience integrating HRIS and SSO with learning platforms and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Owns Cornerstone across Learning, Performance, Succession, and Talent Marketplace modules.
• Leads day-to-day Cornerstone implementation and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
• Configures system architecture, data governance, and security to reflect organizational structure.
• Builds and maintains standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards for leadership decisions.
• Manages annual talent cycle within the platform including reviews and development plans.
