Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Reimbursement Liaison for ophthalmic devices to optimize patient access and payer policies, while educating providers on reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities include educating HCPs on verification, prior authorization, coding, and billing; monitoring trends; and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel up to 50% for territory coverage and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals or surgical devices.
• Minimum 3 years in reimbursement or healthcare policy.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, medical device reimbursement (Category III CPT/J-codes), and payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
