Job summary

ADM is seeking a Corn Wet Milling Technology Manager to lead engineering teams across Decatur, Clinton, and Cedar Rapids sites. You will drive process optimization, debottlenecking, and capital projects to enhance starch recovery, sweeteners, oil recovery, and co-products while integrating modernization and automation opportunities.

You will mentor engineers, push for reliability and energy efficiency, and partner with operations to reach safety, yield, and cost objectives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corn wet milling, starch manufacturing, or related corn processing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of mass balances, process control, and manufacturing economics.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark wet milling performance across sites and drive improvements.
• Standardize and replicate best practices across multiple sites.
• Manage a portfolio of process improvement, debottlenecking, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with corporate and plant teams on technology deployment, modernization, and automation.
• Lead feasibility studies, process design reviews, and technology assessments.
