Primient is seeking a Plant Manager for the Decatur, IL Corn Wet Milling Plant to lead overall operations, safety, quality, and profitability. You will oversee end-to-end processes from raw materials to finished goods, uphold environmental and safety standards, and drive cost optimization with the leadership team.

You will manage capital projects, partner with HR for talent strategies, and ensure alignment with Primient values of safety, integrity, excellence and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of chemical process plant experience and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading unionized manufacturing operations.
• Strong financial acumen and cost management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Oversee safety, environmental, quality, cost, and plant profitability metrics.
• Lead capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage annual operating plan and budget.
• Foster a positive labor-management relationship and lead CBA negotiations.
