Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. The role supports deployment of EHS software solutions, especially Cority, and includes leading project teams, advising on configuration, and serving as the client contact.

You will contribute to business development with lead generation and opportunities with current clients and targeted key accounts, while traveling up to 15% and working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working within EHS&S software solutions, Cority preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related.
• Experience in domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, health & safety, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, or occupational health.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through EHS software configuration and deployment lifecycle, document needs, guide design specs, run testing, and prepare for go-live.
• Act as senior technical configuration expert, provide best practices, sustainment, and client support.
• Support business development in the growing EHS&S market, identify logos, and deliver strong client experiences.
