Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital EHS&S Team. The role focuses on leading the implementation of EHS&S software solutions, with emphasis on Cority, and advising internal teams on design, configuration and deployment.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the ability to work from a home location or an Arcadis office anywhere in the continental U.S., with travel up to 15% for client sites and meetings.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience working within EHS&S software solutions, with emphasis on Cority preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects in a consultancy environment.
• Experience advising clients on system design, configuration and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment, including design spec, testing, data migration and go-live readiness.
• Act as senior technical configuration expert, providing best practices and ongoing support.
• Drive business development activities to generate leads and pursue opportunities with current and new clients.
