Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with transaction and database platforms (SQL, DB2).
• Familiarity with JCL, AIX, Windows OS.
• Strong IT help desk and customer support skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily core processing tasks in DNA Core Banking.
• Provide end-user support for core banking systems.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate with vendors as needed.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Automate file transfers and DNA job runs.
• Update authorization roles in Core Banking.
• Support regular monthly patching activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
