Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Core Systems Specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years in workflow automation, plus experience with core banking systems (Jack Henry Silverlake) and ideally Finastra

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years in workflow automation.
• Experience with core banking systems (Jack Henry Silverlake) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Finastra’s Decision Pro is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of automated workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance to meet regulatory and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation.
