Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decisions.

The role requires a background in banking core systems, workflow automation, and strong documentation and governance skills. A remote US position with EST hours is offered, with benefits and potential for growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years of workflow automation or systems analysis experience.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) and Finastra’s Decision Pro.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using JHA Enterprise Workflow.
  • Collaborate with business units to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation.
  • Serve as SME on workflow best practices and governance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for automated processes.

Now Hiring: Core Systems Workflow Specialist

We’re seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with banking core systems. This role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.

What You’ll Contribute
  • Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Core Administration Support
  • Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.

What Makes a Stand‑Out Candidate
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred.
  • Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred.

The Work Environment
  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
