DuPont Community Credit Union is seeking a Core Systems Analyst to join its Application Support Department in Waynesboro, VA. This on-site role focuses on coordinating core system updates with the system vendor and internal teams to maintain stability and compliance.

You will supervise server maintenance, review release documentation, and test regulatory updates while communicating with vendors and staff to minimize disruption and maximize efficiency for members and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support or related IT roles.
• Detail oriented with accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with system vendor and departments on core updates.
• Maintain servers and implement core updates timely.
• Review release docs and assess impacts on staff and members.
• Provide process improvement ideas to IT management.
• Partner with IT management to understand updates and regulatory changes.
• Test release and regulatory updates for correct functioning.
• Communicate with vendors and employees to prepare staff.
