Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, troubleshoot, and improve enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on support for Cisco routing/switching and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, latency, and availability issues.
• Improve BGP/OSPF, VLAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP services and segmentation.
• Develop monitoring and observability across network, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
