Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a senior CI lead to drive CORE initiatives at the Turbine Module Center. You will lead manufacturing process improvements, standardize KPI reporting, and deploy digital tech to enhance performance across CORE programs for military and commercial customers worldwide. Requirements include a degree in business, engineering, statistics or operations with several years of experience.

U.S. citizenship is required. Occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or Operations, Supply Chain or similar field with 7+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead CORE & Overall Continuous Improvement activities at the Turbine Module Center driving improvements.
• Collect, standardize, report and automate KPI metrics and use data to identify improvement areas.
• Deploy digital technology to improve metrics.
• Plan and lead CORE events and present to leadership.
• Oversee CORE proficiency growth with Black Belt & Red-X Specialists.
• Minimal travel may be required.
