Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Senior Product Manufacturing Engineer to drive manufacturing improvements for rotating parts. You will own the full value stream for a part family, collaborate with design, quality, and project teams, and apply MRL tools to improve first pass yield. The role requires a B.S.

in a STEM field with 5+ years in manufacturing (or a Master’s with 3+ years). Onsite in Middletown, CT; U.S. citizenship for government contracts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a STEM field; 5+ years in manufacturing (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• U.S. Citizenship required for government contracts.
• Experience reading complex blueprints and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Support shop floor manufacturing and drive process improvements.
• Lead Root Cause analysis with IPT and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate projects to reduce Cost of Poor Quality and increase throughput.
• Document observations, calculations, and recommendations clearly.
