Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Core Laboratory Technical Supervisor to oversee Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation and Urinalysis operations. You will supervise day-to-day lab functions and provide bench support as workload requires.

The ideal candidate holds a California CLS license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of hospital lab experience with strong QA/PI knowledge and LIS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Requires California CLS license and Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years hospital lab experience in Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis.
• Strong knowledge of QA/PI and laboratory principles; familiarity with LIS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Core Laboratory (Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis).
• Provide technical bench work as needed to support workload demands.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and logs per regulatory requirements; participate in quality, safety and PI programs.
