Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks a Core Lab Technical Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation and Urinalysis. You will also perform bench work as needed and ensure accurate records and compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active California CLS license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of hospital lab experience, including QA/QI programs and LIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active California CLS license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years hospital lab experience in hematology, coagulation and urinalysis.
• Knowledge of lab information systems and QA/PI programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Core Laboratory areas (Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis).
• Provide technical bench work to support workload demands.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, logs and files per regulatory agencies.
• Participate in quality, safety, PI programs and supervise technical functions.
