Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required; phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required; customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Prepare specimens for lab testing and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Perform clerical duties and data entry to support the laboratory workflow.
• Answer internal and external calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Identify patients accurately and verify identities to ensure safety.
• Maintain inventory and assist with basic lab operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Department.
