Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• 3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, inspection, or related experience preferred.
• Prior aerospace, manufacturing, or precision assembly experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and dexterity.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform core finishing operations (die line removal, tying bar removal, flash removal, repairs).
• Prepare cores for wax injection and inspect aerospace components.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow process documentation and 6S safety standards.
• Record information accurately and communicate issues clearly.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams.
