Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacturing and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves production, cleaning, assembly, and processing tasks while following standardized work instructions, quality requirements, and safety practices.

We require a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate in English.

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment and manufacturing machinery.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

Cross-train and perform production operations across multiple manufacturing areas.
Use hand tools, power tools, machinery, and shop equipment to prepare, clean, process, repair, and assemble aerospace components.
Follow work instructions and procedures to cut, shape, bond, form, inject, cure, trim, drill, and repair composite and metal parts.
Perform chemical cleaning and surface preparation processes.
Conduct hand cleaning operations including acid etch, sanding, blending, and deburring.
Use measuring and inspection tools to verify quality requirements.
