Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Core Assembly Operator for our Tampa manufacturing operation. You will support wax injection, core preparation, finishing, and visual inspections, following work instructions and using tools safely to meet quality and production standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and clear English communication. Experience in manufacturing or aerospace is preferred, with strong detail orientation and teamwork skills essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have English communication skills including reading and following work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in components.
• Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform core finishing operations such as die line removal and flash removal.
• Prepare cores for wax injection and conduct level I–III inspections.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow process documentation and 6S standards.
• Record information accurately and communicate issues clearly.
• Support production, quality, and safety goals as part of a team.
