Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience writing high-quality educational content and/or conversion-focused sales copy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with mastery of tone, clarity, and persuasion.
• Experienced in working within established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across content.
• Highly adaptable writer with ability to evolve brand voice across formats and audiences.
• Strong interest in personal finance, business, and self-development content.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple stakeholders and rigorous review cycles.
• Balances speed with craft—producing high-quality work quickly and iterating on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-impact content across courses, blogs, and marketing channels focused on business and personal development.
• Create compelling copy in formats including long-form articles, short-form content, and performance-driven ad copy.
• Own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and writing to publishing and distribution.
• Edit and elevate content from cross-functional team members for clarity and quality.
• Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Analyze content performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and reach.
• Availability and responsiveness outside core business hours when needed.
