Job summary

Lakeview is seeking a senior Copywriter, Marketing & Brand Experience, to develop and maintain the brand voice across consumer acquisition, education, and internal communications. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role collaborates with marketing channel owners and cross-functional teams to craft content that supports campaigns, aligns with brand voice, and adheres to compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 5+ years in copywriting/brand communications/content strategy in marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong writing, editing, and storytelling.
• Direct-response and conversion-focused copywriting experience.
• Experience establishing brand voice guidelines and editorial standards.
• Ability to translate financial/technical information for diverse audiences.
• Experience across direct mail, email, digital ads, web, and internal/executive comms.
• Experience scripting video/multimedia content with design/production teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Experience in mortgage/financial services or regulated industries preferred; SEO/GEO and AI-assisted workflows familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Lakeview’s brand voice, messaging standards, and content quality.
• Collaborate with channel owners to craft copy for multichannel campaigns.
• Translate mortgage products into clear, persuasive communications.
• Review insights and A/B tests to improve messaging and conversions.
• Create customer education content, FAQs, and lifecycle messaging.
• Support executive and internal communications, announcements, and partner messaging.
• Collaborate on scripts and multimedia concepts with Video Content Producer.
• Contribute to content strategies and storytelling opportunities.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance for reviews and disclosures; apply SEO/ GEO best practices.
