Overview

We’re seeking a strategically minded and creatively driven Copywriter with a specialization in Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and a strong understanding of AI-enhanced workflows. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and automation—crafting messaging that is not only compelling but also intelligently tailored across audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-performing copy across digital campaigns—including display, paid social, video, and programmatic ads—within a DCO framework.
  • Work closely with strategists, media planners, designers, and developers to brainstorm and construct adaptable, modular copy variations tailored for advanced platforms.
  • Use performance data and AI insights to test and refine messages, continuously improving creative output based on audience response.
  • Partner with AI and tech teams to understand capabilities and limitations of tools used for message customization, language modeling, and automated optimization.
  • Ensure voice, tone, and brand consistency across multiple personalized versions of creative assets.
  • Keep pace with trends in AI-assisted copywriting, personalization, and performance marketing to inform creative and campaign strategy

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in digital or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience writing for DCO campaigns, with a clear understanding of content modularity and versioning.
  • Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Adobe Sensei, Google Performance Max, etc.
  • Ability to translate brand tone across multiple messaging branches and audience segments.
  • Comfort working with data, analytics, and creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to partner effectively with creative and technical teams.

Compensation Range: $66, 785 - $83, 505 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
