Preston Refrigeration is seeking a General Laborer to support our projects and help build essential facilities in the country. You will perform hands-on tasks on-site, assist with setup, material handling, and safety procedures, and be prepared to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Some travel may be required; weekend/evening hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Shop Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards by picking up tools and equipment, securing the site each day.
• Material Handling: Assist with setup and teardown of job sites, loading/unloading trucks, moving materials where needed.
• Safety First: Follow safety and incident reporting procedures; bring concerns to the Superintendent or Director of Safety.
• Team Player: Willing to travel across the US and learn from on-the-job training as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Show up with a clean appearance and a can-do attitude.
• Other Duties: Help wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly.

About The Role

As a General Laborer, you'll be the backbone of our projects, handling a variety of hands-on tasks while helping build some of the coldest and most essential facilities in the country. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and hit the road, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Shop Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards by picking up tools and equipment, securing the site each day.

What We're Looking For

• While a high school diploma or GED is preferred, your experience and positive attitude can get you in the door! (You do need to be at least 18, though.)
