Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or general labor.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the trade.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of refrigeration systems, components, and piping.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Clean and maintain work areas and tools.
• Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting pipe, and assembling parts.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or incidents.
