Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking an Afternoon Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage skill-building activities, help recipients grow toward personal goals, and accompany them on community outings as needed.

We offer full and part-time roles, a supportive team culture, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the lives of recipients and caregivers alike.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care to recipients in their homes.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Afternoon Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
