Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking an Afternoon Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to mental health recipients in home settings, helping with daily activities and skill-building. You will travel to clients’ homes and assist with community integration.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and strong communication. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered, with paid training and a straightforward virtual interview process.
