As News & Copy Editor, you will review AI-generated news and copy against briefs, judge factual accuracy, hedging, and buried leads, and select samples with concise rationales. You’ll work independently to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality outputs.

• Desk or copy editing experience at a major news organization.
• Able to cut copy to the point on deadline.
• Capable of spotting factual slips or buried leads on first read.
