Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with production print and finishing/bindery equipment preferred.
• Able to learn new skills quickly and work independently.
• Strong customer service and professional presentation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
• Ensure high-quality copy and print production.
• Act as liaison between POA and client administration.
• Explain products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees.
