Job summary

International Wire Group is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators for our Central New York facilities. We offer a stable career with safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will work on third shift, starting at 11:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic math skills required.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, and work through the scheduled shift.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications.
Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
