Job summary

International Wire Group is hiring a Manufacturing Machine Operator for our Boonville, NY facility on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will help produce high-quality copper wire products and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The role is full-time, on-site with a pay range of $29.50–$31.50 per hour, overtime eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided, and a strong safety culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
