You will train and lead a crew, ensure tools and materials are available, review blueprints, and maintain safety and quality across projects.

Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant experience, a clean background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in all weather.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Experience supervising and developing teams
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to lead, present, and advise on field operations

Responsibilities

• Supervise all splicing operations to meet customer specifications and industry standards
• Ensure tools and equipment are available at the jobsite and work from engineered blueprints
• Supervise, train, and develop copper splicers team
• Oversee splicing teams with safety as a priority
• Fill out daily production reports and track work hours
• Perform quality control inspections of work by employees and subcontractors
