You will set technical and economic assumptions, prioritize initiatives, and work with site teams to strengthen data and validation programs.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication to maximize long-term portfolio value and shareholder returns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
• Strong background in heap leaching, copper recovery, and economics.
• Ability to quantify technical and economic impacts of changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the L2LD portfolio and drive value realization.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance technical and economic assumptions.
• Identify, evaluate, and advance copper recovery opportunities across initiatives.
• Guide portfolio decision-making with robust economic analysis and risk assessment.
• Manage data collection, validation programs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee value-tracking and reconciliation of realized benefits across sites.
