Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Technology or related area.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations with large teams in a dynamic 24/7 environment.
• 3 years in a people-management role with experience leading direct and matrixed reports.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, improve technologies, and develop budgets, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, process engineers, and planners to optimize resource use and targets.
• Oversee hiring, mentoring, performance, and employee relations of both direct and matrixed reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to support site goals.
• Lead development and implementation of initiatives to ensure safety, quality, and inventory control.
