Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Duncansville, PA for a fully on-site role on the 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am). Training on 1st shift may occur for 2–4 weeks.

Starting pay during training is $19.44–$20.61/hr, then $24.28–$25.79/hr depending on department and position. Weekly pay schedule and safety-focused environment are emphasized. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Maintains knowledge of SOPs and Quality Plan for equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major malfunctions.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Able to work various overtime as business needs require.
• Crosstrain in other areas as needed.
