Job summary

You will follow SOPs, maintain a safe work area, and collaborate with multiple shifts to support production. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with craft apprenticeship and the willingness to complete JCI Brazer training within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent years of education with six months of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, blueprints and engineering drawings in English.
• Must complete JCI Brazer training within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Perform brazing and welding of copper and similar materials using a gas torch.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet specifications.
• Maintain safety, 5S, PPE compliance and clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with other shifts and departments to meet production goals.
• Operate ERP and office software to track production orders and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
