Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month contract. You will design, build, and scale Copilot agents, integrate REST APIs and connectors, and lead governance and best practices across Global Technology.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, with a focus on deploying CI/CD and delivering adoption training to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Hands-on experience developing REST API and MCP custom connectors in Copilot Studio.
• Experience with CI/CD deployment processes in Power Platform.
• Prompt engineering expertise for Copilot agents.
• Problem-solving skills with scalable solution design.
• Integration skills with APIs, connectors, and enterprise data sources.
• Analytical ability to define and interpret usage data for leadership.
• Business acumen to translate needs into use cases and guide users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio.
• Optimize agents with advanced prompting techniques to improve accuracy, context, and productivity.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors, REST APIs, MCP custom connectors, and external systems.
• Act as an internal authority for Copilot governance, compliance, and best practices.
• Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance; maintain documentation and standards.
• Provide L1 support, troubleshoot user issues, and produce adoption and performance insights and reports.
• Partner with business leaders to scale adoption across Global Technology.
• Deliver enablement and training sessions; lead the Copilot Studio Builders Exchange community.
• Support communication campaigns and advocate for Copilot and AI productivity tools.
