SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Microsoft 365 Copilot to serve as a subject matter expert in AI-driven workplace experiences. This role focuses on deployment and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions, partnering with customers to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies and strong analytical skills. The position offers a salary range of $150,000 - $207,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering solutions across Microsoft 365 or related technologies.
• Ability to guide customers through Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Strong ethical standards and adherence to security policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security and compliance controls.
• Guide SHI customers through hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Develop and maintain technical assets, including reference architectures.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

Experience designing or implementing agents using Power Platform

Understanding of agent architecture and governance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field
