Job summary
Synechron is seeking an AI Enablement Consultant (Microsoft Copilot) in Piscataway, NJ. You will identify opportunities to automate BAU tasks, design and deliver training, and enable teams across the US and UK to leverage Copilot tools.
This role requires deep Microsoft 365 Copilot knowledge, governance awareness, and the ability to publish reusable AI assets. The position offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI enablement in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to design and deliver trainings for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of data protection and responsible AI.
- Experience working across US and UK time zones.
- Microsoft certifications in Copilot, AI or Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Map BAU, operational and administrative activities with US/UK teams.
- Identify AI opportunities to save time and improve quality.
- Design and deliver training programs for Copilot tools.
- Build agents and skills using Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork.
- Ensure governance, license ownership and AI governance alignment.
