Job summary

Interon IT Solutions is seeking an AI Copilot Developer to join the AI Office Enablement group in Boston or Philadelphia. You will design, build, and deliver Copilot-based agents and proofs of concept, working with business stakeholders to scope and implement grounded, governance-compliant solutions.

The role blends hands-on low-code development with consulting, guiding teams through the art of the possible and driving adoption of Copilot Studio and Power Platform across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, business analysis, or low-code development.
• Hands-on experience building agents, bots, or workflows in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• 5+ years leading Gen AI and Machine Learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI SDLC, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Cyber, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft associate-level certification in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise partners on Copilot Studio capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Attend discovery sessions to scope use cases and assess feasibility.
• Design, build, test low-code agents, topics, and connectors in Copilot Studio.
• Deliver end-to-end Copilot Studio agents from scope to production.
• Create reusable templates and playbooks to accelerate future engagements.
• Coach and upskill other builders on guardrails and governance.
• Produce clear documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, data protection, and responsible AI principles are followed.
