Job summary

FlexTG is seeking a Copier/Printer Service Technician in Austin, TX. You will service and repair office equipment across a designated territory, requiring strong technical skills, time management, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware/software issues, installing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining inventory and vehicle. Travel is daily to customer locations with a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining printers and copiers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Pay Range: $23-$28/hour based on experience

Position Summary

• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule

• Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities
