Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely support for admission inquiries from prospective CoPA students and families.
• Maintain confidential records and serve as a liaison between CoPA and the Office of Admission.
• Plan and execute audition processes, including scheduling and training needs.
• Assist with data collection for outreach planning and reporting for CoPA admissions.
• Represent Chapman University at recruitment events and school visits.
• Support daily admissions activities and provide office support as needed.
