Support intake and triage workflows for team requests, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and routing.

Operational & Administrative Enablement

Schedule and coordinate cross-functional global syncs, capturing meeting minutes, key takeaways, and action item follow‑ups.

Assist with change management and user adoption efforts for internal tools, systems, and platforms (e.g., coordinating training sessions, managing invite lists, and gathering user feedback).

Executive Presentation & Reporting Assistance

Partner with the Sr. Manager to draft, format, and polish slide decks, one‑pagers, and visual resources for executive presentations and cross‑departmental reviews.

Gather, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data from internal teams and operational systems to support reporting and analysis.

Serve as a reliable, responsive point of contact for internal stakeholders across regions and departments.
