We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator to join our sales team.

This role supports the full sponsorship partnership lifecycle, from prospect research and sales outreach to proposal development, sponsor management, activation, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong business writing and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to build a career in sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sponsorship sales efforts and sponsor relationship management across the company's portfolio
  • Research prospective sponsors, industry trends, executive backgrounds, and company objectives to support sponsorship sales and prospect outreach
  • Coordinate sales activities, including meeting scheduling, presentation materials, prospect communications, and follow-up.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and other client-facing communications.
  • Maintain partnership records, contracts, invoicing, sponsorship assets, and reporting tools to ensure accurate tracking and execution.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for sponsors, managing communications, approvals, deliverables, timelines, and onsite activations to ensure an exceptional partner experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate sponsorship activations, track partnership commitments, and execute onsite experiences that deliver on client objectives.
  • Prepare partnership recap reports and identify opportunities to strengthen sales processes, client service, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sales, business development, account management, client service, event marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, English, Public Relations, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional business writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience developing sponsorship proposals, presentations, and other client-facing sales materials.
  • Professional presence with experience interacting with corporate clients, agencies, and senior executives.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
