Penn State Health is seeking a scheduling specialist to manage patient visits, including new, follow-up, cancellations, and rescheduling requests across the patient care continuum. The role supports pre-operative and diagnostic testing and coordinates procedures within the assigned area to ensure smooth workflows and timely care.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year relevant experience.
• Knowledge of scheduling and/or billing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year relevant experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Knowledge of scheduling and/or billing systems preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers preferred.
