Job summary

Van Drunen Family of Companies is seeking a Quality and Compliance Associate to manage and execute the Positive Hold and Release program, ensuring ingredients and finished products meet safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate analytical testing of raw materials and finished products, review results against specs, communicate dispositions, and support cross-department documentation and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in quality, compliance, laboratory, or food manufacturing.
  • Experience in agriculture, food manufacturing, dietary supplements, QA preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the Positive Hold and Release program to ensure safety and quality.
  • Coordinate analytical testing of materials for chemical, physical, and microbiological properties.
  • Maintain testing schedules and track analysis timelines.
  • Review results against specifications and communicate decisions across departments.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding testing status and documentation.
