Job Summary

The Procurement Coordinator provides leadership and oversight for an assigned procurement function within the Department of Procurement and Supply Services. The position supervises staff and coordinates procurement activities to support organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include procurement operations, contract administration, stakeholder support, process improvement, performance management, and implementation of procurement best practices. The position exercises considerable judgment and serves as a resource to schools, departments, vendors, and leadership on procurement-related matters. Assignments may support Contracts & Sourcing, Purchasing, or Operations, Strategy, Integration and Compliance functions.

Salary

Grade 15 Salary Range: $106,965 - $173,391 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
