Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman, a New York luxury retailer, is seeking a Support Coordinator to manage inventory and store operations, ensuring seamless product flow and a premium customer experience. You will partner with store leadership and corporate partners to coordinate transfers, repairs, and seasonal rotations, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in retail operations and willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to lead efficiency and clarity.
• Lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy.
• Build operational projects, including trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination.
• Support sales and merchandising plans by coordinating product movements—such as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.
• Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs.
• Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goals.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards that reflect the brand and Bergdorf Goodman’s luxury environment.
