Job summary

Bergdorf Goodman is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling to support store sales, profitability and the customer experience. This role requires practical experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will manage merchandise transfers, inbound/outbound freight, packing and shipping of online and store orders, update pricing/reticketing, maintain stockroom organization and assist with events, while following safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound / outbound freight.
• Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders.
• Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure merchandise standards are followed.
• Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked.
• Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes.
• Responsible for back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance.
• Under the guidance of Managers and Visual, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage.
• Support with set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.
