• Align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs with managers and brand teams.
• Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers to align goals and actions.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back‑of‑house standards reflecting the luxury environment.

Support Coordinator – Operations

The Support Coordinator ensures operational efficiency and a luxury experience across front‑ and back‑of‑house functions. The role is guided by Bergdorf Goodman's Service Values: Excellence, Imagination, and Graciousness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational lead for inventory and product‑related processes, partnering with a dedicated support associate.
• Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, selling coordinators, and store managers to lead efficiency and clarity.
• Partner with the Director of Operations to prepare for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year‑round inventory accuracy.
• Build multiple operational projects such as trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination.
• Support sales and merchandising plans by coordinating important product movements—transfers, damages, repairs, and off‑season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.
• Partner with selling managers and brand managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needs.
• Participate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goals.
• Maintain elevated selling floor and back‑of‑house standards that reflect the brand’s luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.
• Ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Willingness to work based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate: $20 per hour. Starting pay may vary by market, experience, and other qualifications.
